Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Leon's showroom with your original sales receipt to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Item for Inspection

  Ensure the furniture or appliance is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to inspect and collect the item from your home; a restocking fee may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
