What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer several delivery options, including our full-service Platinum Delivery which includes assembly and debris removal. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
What is your return policy for furniture?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided they are in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer financing plans?
Yes, we provide flexible financing options including 'buy now, pay later' plans and monthly installment programs through our financial partners to help you manage your home investment.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use the 'Order Status' tool on our website by entering your order number and postal code.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also offer extended protection plans for added peace of mind on furniture, appliances, and electronics.
Can I pick up my order from a local showroom?
Yes, we offer free in-store pickup at most of our locations. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option during checkout and wait for the notification that your items are ready for collection.
